This track which leaked a ways back, comes off Mr. Hudson's "Straight No Chaser" album which was released in the 4th quarter of '09, but has gone under the radar since then. Mr. Hudson has collaborated well with several Hip-Hop artists, such as Jay-Z on "Young Forever" off BP3. Give this one a shot, it's a solid mix.
